What It Is

Headways Walk-and-Talk Coaching combines the benefits of movement with structured coaching techniques to help you cut through mental clutter and uncover the perspectives that spark real change.

Real progress isn’t just about milestones—it’s about resolving what holds you back. Often, that means bridging inner divides: conflicting priorities, beliefs, or roles that quietly pull in opposite directions. Headways offers a space to work through those splits—without judgment or agenda—so you can move forward with clarity and alignment.

How It Works

Step outside.

We’ll meet at a local trail or walking path.

Step into the conversation.

I’ll guide you with questions and proven tools that unlock new perspectives and the resources you already have.

Step forward.

You’ll leave with clarity, actionable insights, and a renewed sense of momentum.

Sessions typically last 90 minutes. Wear comfortable shoes. Everything else you bring is already within you.

About

Headways was born from a simple idea: when we move, our minds open. Walking side-by-side creates space for thinking differently, speaking freely, and seeing possibilities we miss when we stay still.

My background blends coaching with methods designed to shift how people experience challenges—not by telling them what to think, but by helping them access their own insight. These techniques go beyond surface conversation to uncover and untangle the patterns that keep you stuck.

The world around us often feels divided. Sometimes those divisions echo inside us too—between what we value and what we do, between who we’ve been and who we’re becoming. Headways is a space to realign with yourself first, and from that alignment, build stronger connections with others—whatever differences may exist between us.
